the last a 15-yard strike to J.D. McKissic with 7:29 left,Russell Wilson threw three touchdown passes, and the Seattle Seahawks stayed in the NFC playoff hunt with a 24-10 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday night.

Seattle (8-4) snapped Philadelphia's nine-game winning streak thanks largely to another masterful performance by its quarterback. Wilson was 20 of 31 for 227 and threw touchdowns of 11 yards to Jimmy Graham, 1-yard to Tyler Lockett and the TD to McKissic after the Eagles had trimmed the lead to seven.

Philadelphia (10-2) was the highest-scoring team in the NFL averaging 31.9 points per game. But the Eagles got just 10 points out of seven drives that at some point reached Seattle territory.

Carson Wentz was 29 of 45 for 348 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Wentz had a costly fumble at the Seattle 1 on the opening drive of the second half that could have pulled the Eagles even at 10-all.

NFL Hall of Famers Deion Sanders and LaDainian Tomlinson don't think the Philadelphia Eagles are frauds after losing to the Seattle Seahawks, their first loss since Week 2.

The Eagles played a team that was over .500 on the road and lost, prompting social media to call the Eagles 10-2 record a fluke because of their easy schedule. Sanders has a message for the people who believe the Eagles are frauds.

let's keep going,'" Sanders said on NFL GameDay Prime. "This may be one of those games. They're not going to go undefeated the rest of the year. This may be that hiccup,"The 1994 San Francisco 49ers were the best team I ever played with. We got our butts kicked by the Eagles. The put the brakes on us. We just said 'ok speed bump, but this is still a good football team.

Tomlinson wasn't far behind Sanders and his comments. One loss to a desperate Seattle team won't define the Eagles.

" Tomlinson said. "Lets' keep it in perspective. That's a tough place to go and play for one. You go to Seattle, they were hungry,"I've seen this team. They pass the eye test. They have everything that you want, they had to keep on winning for playoff chances and they were on fire.

"The Eagles didn't start fast. They kind of started late. They really didn't start playing until the second half. It was just Seattle's night."

Carson Wentz made the play of the game, but unfortunately it wasn't the one he's accustomed to making with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Wentz tried to take a designed quarterback draw into the end zone for a touchdown, but was stripped by Sheldon Richardson at the one-yard line. The ball bounced out of the end zone for a touchback on the Eagles first possession of the second half.

the one that changed momentum for the rest of the game. Seattle carried that momentum on their ensuing possession, an 11-play,The Seahawks led 10-3 at the time of the Wentz fumble, 80-yard touchdown drive that put the Seahawks up 17-3 with 5:42 remaining in the third quarter.

Against a team that's 43-7 at home since Russell Wilson became the Seahawks quarterback, a 14-point second half deficit is nearly impossible to overcome.

Wentz's fumble allowed that deficit to come into fruition.

especially when you’re down there on the 1-yard line," Wentz said. "It’s tough to do that and expect to win,"It happens. It’s tough to do that on the road in close situations, especially coming out first drive of the second half the way we did. We were rolling there. Just can’t put it on the ground."

but it wasn't enough to overcome the Seahawks. Wentz was just 5-for-9 for 45 yards,The Eagles rebounded after a sluggish first half, but went 24-for-36 for 303 yards and a touchdown in the second half.

He also had two turnovers, with the fumble being the most costly.

throwing the ball, came up short on a couple of third downs and stuff like that,"We struggled to get into a rhythm running the ball," Wentz said. "We just had to find it in that second half. Came out right away and went with our no-huddle drive. That kind of got us a little boost.

we just didn’t finish. "I saw the goal line, so I thought I was going to be close. I made that extra lunge,"We got it all the way down there, and it cost me."

Fumbling on designed runs is new for Wentz, who has 22 in his 28 career games in the NFL. Most of them have come on stop sacks. This one was uncharted territory.

" Richardson said. "He's a quarterback. He's not used to being hit down in and down out,"He likes to find the extra yards, so (protecting) the ball is something still a little foreign to him."

Part of the learning experience for Wentz, who is still in just his second NFL season.

stretching,Authentic Jon Ryan Jersey,Carson Wentz was headed to the end zone. He was diving, trying to get the ball over the goal line.

Seahawks' defensive lineman Sheldon Richardson knocked the ball out of his arms. The ball rolled slowly, agonizingly,Just like that, through the end zone. Instead of a game-tying touchdown to start the second half,Authentic K. J. Wright Jersey, the Eagles came away with nothing.

Eagles running back LeGarrette Blount called it "an unfortunate turn of events."

It was emblematic of the Eagles' night as they fell to the Seahawks 24-10 on Sunday night.

too many penalties, too many missed chances. All of it led to the end of the Eagles' nine-game winning streak. The Eagles (10-2) also missed a chance to clinch the NFC East. And it doesn't get any easier as the Eagles will next face the Rams,Womens Doug Martin Jersey,Too many mistakes, who are 9-3, next Sunday in Los Angeles.

particularly here down the stretch,Womens Cliff Avril Jersey, obviously," Eagles coach Doug Pederson said. "The beauty of the thing is that it's still in our control. Guys in the locker room are sick to their stomachs,"Everything matters, for the loss. But at the same time, we have a great opportunity against another playoff-caliber football team."

they still had a chance,Authentic Jameis Winston Jersey, mainly because Wentz made some eye-opening plays in the second half,And that's the part that was so disappointing to the Eagles. As many mistakes as they made, and wide receiver Nelson Agholor had a career game with 141 yards receiving.

a holding penalty on Alshon Jeffery that negated a run by LeGarrette Blount down to the Seahawks 1 yard line, a missed 4th-and-3 late in the third quarter,But the mistakes conspired to doom the Eagles. There included Wentz's fumble, and seven costly penalties for 64 yards.

" center Jason Kelce said. "It’s not like, in my opinion,"It’s definitely better when it’s a self-inflicted thing that you can correct, we were by far the worst team out there. We were the more undisciplined team, and that ended up culminating in putting us in a situation where we couldn’t win the game.

we can beat a team like this,"I think it’s encouraging that as long as we get that fixed, and we should beat a team like this."

But it also exposed how the Eagles can't afford those mistakes, especially against teams like the Seahawks (8-4) or the Rams. They couldn't take advantage of a Seahawks defense missing top defensive backs Richard Sherman and Kam Chancellor.

The Eagles came into the game averaging an NFL-high 31.9 points per game. The Seahawks held them to three points through three quarters, when they trailed 17-3.

who had a career-high 141 yards receiving, caught a 51-yard strike from Wentz on 3rd-and-13 from the Eagles' 16,But Agholor, as Wentz scrambled to his right and threw just as Qunton Jefferson wrapped up Wentz's legs to bring him down.

But Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson had some magic of his own. That included a scramble, then pitch to Mike Davis on 3rd-and-8. That play went for 23 yards.

man, who went 20 of 31 for 227 yards and three touchdowns. "Some of that stuff," Eagles safety Malcolm Jenkins said of Wilson,"He’s a human joystick, he gets out of the pocket and your D-line can’t get to him ... He makes some great throws under pressure. And his ability to improvise … then he options, pitches it out. Those are things you can’t really prepare for.

The Eagles did not challenge whether that was an illegal forward lateral, which it might have been.

it looked fine," Pederson said. "We didn't get all the necessary looks. They hustled to the line. But at the same time, it looked legit,"In real time, it looked good, and I trust the guys upstairs with those decisions."

The Seahawks eventually scored with 7:29 left to regain a two-touchdown lead. The Eagles had one last chance to get back into the game, but former Eagles cornerback Byron Maxwell intercepted Wentz in the end zone with 1:59 left to seal the win for the Seahawks.

don’t point the fingers and take care of our business," defensive end Brandon Graham said. "It’s about us. We know what we have to clean up … It’s on us to do it,Womens K. J. Wright Jersey,"It's big for us to go out there and bounce back, and we’re going to make sure we do it."

and as he dove for the ball,Eagles tight end Zach Ertz left the game in the third quarter with an apparent concussion. The Eagles faced a 3rd-and-3 from the Seattle 25 late in the third quarter when Wentz threw a quick slant to Ertz. He was well covered, his head hit the turf.

Ertz stayed down for a few minutes, then walked slowly off the field. He was taken to the locker room and didn't return. The Eagles didn't have an update on him after the game.

even though opponents have to know it's coming. He converted two Sunday night — one on 3rd-and-1 in the second quarter,Wentz continues to be virtually automatic on quarterback sneaks, another on 4th-and-1 in the third quarter.

and on Nov. 19 at Dallas when they were down 9-7. In that game,The Eagles trailed at halftime for just the third time this season after falling behind against the Seahawks 10-3. The other times were on Sept. 17 against Kansas City when they were down 6-3 in their 27-20 loss, the Eagles outscored the Cowboys 30-0 and won 37-9.

The Eagles trailed by 14 points in the second half, matching their largest deficit of the season. The Eagles also trailed by 14 in the Week 2 game against the Chiefs. They lost that one also.

the nine-year veteran whom the Eagles signed three weeks ago,Dannell Ellerbe, was on the active roster for the first time Sunday night. That's because starter Joe Walker didn't play due to a neck injury. Najee Goode replaced Walker. He became the third player to start at middle linebacker this season. Jordan Hicks has been on injured reserve since Oct. 25.

DE Steven Means,Womens Jon Ryan Jersey,Rookie WR Shelton Gibson was also active for the second straight week after sitting out the first 10 games. He apparently passed Marcus Johnson on the depth chart as Johnson was inactive for the second straight game. RB Wendell Smallwood was inactive for the third straight game. The other inactives were OL Will Beatty,Authentic Cliff Avril Jersey, DT Elijah Qualls and QB Nate Sudfeld.

Several people were forced to evacuate an apartment in Seattle's Rainier Valley neighborhood early Tuesday morning after a second-floor unit caught fire.

Just after 4:30 a.m., the Seattle Fire Department responded to the 7400 block of Rainier Ave. S. for reports of an apartment building on fire. The flames reportedly started in a unit on the second floor of the three-story building.

The fire department said three adults and a child were safely evacuated from the third floor, and three to four units near the source of the fire may have damage from smoke and water.

The fire has since been extinguished, and no injuries were reported.

they decided against flexing the Dallas Cowboys vs Oakland Raiders out of the week 15 Sunday Night Football slot,Authentic Mike Alstott Jersey, which keeps the Seattle Seahawks vs Los Angeles Rams in their slot at 4:05 ET that week. While Cowboys and Raiders could have both NFC and AFC playoff stakes,Authentic Doug Martin Jersey,On Monday, it also has the potential to have two teams facing off, who are holding onto to playoff hopes largely in name only.

Both have had subpar seasons after brilliant 2016 campaigns and both are teetering on the edge of playoff contention; although, the Raiders are currently on more firm footing due to the Kansas City Chiefs collapse.

Seahawks vs Rams will likely decide the fate of the NFC West. The Seahawks beat the Rams at home in week five,Womens Mike Alstott Jersey, the Rams have a one game lead in the division race. If they beat their respective week 14 opponents, giving them the tiebreaker thus far but currently,Meanwhile, the Jaguars for Seattle and the Eagles for the Rams or on the flip side both lose, the game will likely decide who wears the crown.

even if one wins and the other losses,Womens Jameis Winston Jersey, it makes week 14's matchup more intriguing,But, because then it almost turns into a defacto NFC West title elimination game. Either way, the game features major playoff stakes while Cowboys vs Raiders teeters on the edge of relevancy.

the network used their right to protect a game and chose that matchup. Either way,And maybe that's why the game is staying on FOX. Perhaps, the 12's are now deprived of a third Sunday Night Football matchup in 2017 that features even more stakes than Sunday night's marvelous duel against the Eagles.
